What inspired the All Star program?


As the original brand of youth culture, we wanted to play a more purposeful role with communities around the world. Our goal is to support bold ideas and empower emerging creators.

Will I be compensated for joining the All Star program?


We do not compensate All Stars for joining. Our partnership is based on creator opportunities, access to a global creator network and a platform to have work shared and seen.

Once accepted into the program, if you are commissioned to do specific work with Converse, you will be compensated in accordance with a set of terms and conditions defined in a formal legal agreement between you and Converse.

Where is the Converse All Star Program active?


The All Star Program is active in 26 cities around the world.

How long can you be a part of the All Star program?


The All Star Program is a one-year cycle, commencing in July and concluding the following August. All Star community members will need to reapply for the program at the conclusion of each yearly cycle and readmission to the program is not guaranteed.

Are there prerequisites (qualifications, experience or education) to be selected as an All Star?


No. We are looking for individuals who want to take the next step in their careers and are open to learning, connecting, and collaborating with other like-minded creators.

Are there any restrictions for applying to the Converse All Star program?


At this time, we are not accepting applications from individuals who have existing commitments and/or agreements with Converse’s competitors, as defined in Exhibit A of the application Terms and Conditions.

Once part of the Converse All Stars, if you are commissioned to do specific work with Converse, you will be compensated in accordance with a set of terms and conditions defined in a formal legal agreement between you and Converse.
