The All Star Pack serves up some of the most iconic silhouettes in the history of the game designed to help you create your own story. #BeTheFirst
AN ICON FOR EVERY ERA. AN ICON FOR EVERY ERA.
The flagship sneaker for our return to the game, the All Star Pro BB, was created in collaboration with legendary Nike basketball designer Eric Avar. This sneaker is an evolution of our iconic Converse design blended with modern performance technology. Engineered for multi-directional players like NBA Star Kelly Oubre Jr., the All Star Pro BB enables expression on and off the court.
"We evolved the concept [for All Star Pro BB] to meet the performance needs of some of the most demanding athletes in the world... Today's player wants a basketball shoe that can go where they go."
– Eric Avar,
VP of Innovation, Nike
Made famous by Julius “Dr. J” Erving, the Pro Leather was part of many game-changing moments. The first to blend high-flying style and performance. The first to take off from the free-throw line. Today the silhouette has been upgraded for off-court style. Inspired by one of the best to ever play the game, designed to help you create your own story.
“At the time, it represented an evolution of Converse basketball… Although it was simple in its design, there was a lot of tech in the shoe. I am honored that people related to it. I am honored it continues to live on.”
– Julius “Dr. J” Erving
Before basketball became what it is today, there was only one shoe, the Chuck Taylor All Star. The first sneaker designed for the game, the first to win multiple championships and the first to become a cultural icon. Built off of an original 1970s design, Chuck 70 is a modern ode to the Chuck Taylor All Star, updating with premium details for style and comfort.
“Regardless of your touchpoint with the sneaker throughout its lifecycle, it is one of the purest basketball designs in history.”
