Personalize
Your specialist will help you design your Chucks, walking you through custom color choices, logos, special messaging, and more.
Step 3
We’ll Take It From Here
We put together the elements of your design. You think up all the looks that’ll go with it.
Step 4
Review Your Design
Preview the final product and give us the okay to get making. We’ll ship your order once it’s ready. Production and delivery for custom orders take approximately one month for orders without screenprinting, and approximately two months for orders with screenprinting.

Custom Group Orders FAQs
Is there a minimum for custom group orders?
We have a 50 pair minimum for bulk orders and 200 pair minimum for bulk orders with screen prints.
What if my custom group order doesn't meet the minimum?
You can always use the Converse custom builder and self checkout. If you need help, you can always contact customer service at 1-800-428-2667.
Which forms of payment do you accept for group orders?
We accept all major credit cards.
How does sizing work?
Chucks run large by a half size, so we recommend sizing down when ordering (i.e. if you’re a 9, order an 8.5). Half sizes stop at Men’s 11.5.
How long will my custom group order take to create?
After payment is received, production and delivery take approximately one month for custom orders without screenprinting, and approximately two months for orders with screenprinting.
