Why have you created the All Star community?
As the original brand of youth culture, we saw an opportunity to play a more purposeful, two-way role with communities around the world that have always embraced us. We believe our iconic canvas "All Star" sneaker can serve as a canvas for creative progress — our goal is to invest in bold ideas and collaborate directly with emerging creatives.
Is there an age requirement to be an All Star community member?
All Stars applicants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence.
Will I be compensated for joining the All Star community?
Converse All Star is a grassroots community, with optional participation. We do not compensate you to join. Our partnership is based on physical and digital experiences, creative opportunities, product and mentorship provided by Converse, and active engagement by you. Once part of Converse All Stars, if you are commissioned to do specific work with Converse, you will be compensated in accordance with a set of terms and conditions defined in a formal legal agreement between you and Converse.
Other than age, are there any selection criteria or explicit requirements for applying to Converse All Stars?
We are looking for individuals that express their creativity with intent. At this time, we are not accepting applications from signed models and individuals who have existing commitments and/or agreements with Converse’s competitors, as defined in Exhibit A, or applications from individuals located in the Greater China region.
