    Converse.com accepts Credit cards issued with a billing address in Austria only. Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. All Credit cards presented must have a valid security code.     Can I pay with cash on delivery?

    We do not accept payment of an order on Converse.com in cash on delivery. Other payment options are available on Converse.com, you can find more information on payment options here.

    Converse.com accepts Credit cards issued by a Austrian bank and with a billing address in Austria only. Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. All Credit and Debit cards presented must have a valid security code. We also accept payment options PayPal, Sofort Überweisung and Invoice.

    Can I pay on invoice?

    Yes Converse.com offers you the ability to pay on invoice with AfterPay. You have to pay the invoice within 14 days. You can find the invoice and payment details in the delivery confirmation email together with the invoice which is attached as a PDF.     I am trying to pay with AfterPay invoice but I am not able to

    You might have reached you ordering limit. We allow customers to have an open amount with a maximum of €450. If you have more than €450 open on your account, you won’t be able to use the payment on invoice option anymore. Please use another payment method.

    I returned my order, do I need to pay the AfterPay invoice?

    If you wish to return an item within 14 days, you don’t have to pay the invoice. When you have ordered multiple items and you are only sending back 1 item, you only have to pay for the items that you keep within 14 days.     I have a promo code. How do I use it?

    Once you have chosen a product and size, simply add the product to your cart. Click on the cart to see your product and order summary. Enter your promo code and click apply. You will see your discount applied to the relevant products in your cart. Keep in mind:

    - Only one promo code can be applied

    - Some promo codes are for specific products only

    - “Limited edition” products are excluded from promo codes and discounts for the first 48hrs after launch

    - Products that are part of a “discount applied at checkout” campaign are excluded

    - The promo code must not be expired
