2) These Promotional Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Promotional Codes.
3) The instructions on how you can benefit from this Promotion are included in the communication to you notifying you of the Promotional Codes (for example, in an email to you or in our other marketing channels). Promotional Codes are only valid for a limited period of time as specified in the communication to you and cannot be used outside that time period.
4) These Promotion Terms and Conditions are additional to the Converse Terms of Sale that will also apply to your purchase and use of any Converse products. You can navigate to the footer at the bottom of this page to access Converse’s Terms of Sale. However, if you are located in Bulgaria, Croatia, Norway, Romania, Slovakia, or Switzerland, Israel, Türkiye, Australia, Canada, or South Africa, these Terms of Sale (https://retailer.esw.com/terms-and-conditions/en/) are applicable to your purchase and use of any Converse products instead. 5) The Promotional Codes are only redeemable online on Converse.com accessible from your place of residence, or in the countries expressly indicated in the "Eligibility" section of the specific Promo Terms and Conditions.
6) To apply a Promo Code, you must enter it prior to completing the order of the Converse product where specified during the online checkout process. Promotional Codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders of CONVERSE products.
7) This Promotion is not valid on excluded products included in the "Eligibility" section of these Promo Terms and Conditions.
8) Promotional Codes can only be used by you and are non-transferable to another person. Where specified, a Promotional Code may be used for more than one order of Converse products up to the maximum purchase price provided under that Promotional Code.
9) Promotional Codes are not for resale, have no cash value and no cash or credit alternative will be offered for them. You cannot use more than one Promotional Code to purchase a product but if you buy more than one product in the same purchase, you can use a different Promotional Code for each product. In this case, you will not be able to choose which Promotional Code applies to which product since, between multiple applicable promos, the most beneficial one for you will apply automatically. Promotional Codes cannot be used in combination with any other discount vouchers, or special offers.
10) If you return any Converse products purchased with a Promotional Code on Converse.com, you will receive a refund of the discounted price you paid for that returned item to your original form of payment. In the event of part of the order being returned, the monetary value returned will be the value of the item(s) at the time of the transaction (the discounted price of such item). The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items. If the Promotion is multi-use and if the offer is still valid at the time of making a return, you may place a new order using the original Promotional Code. Single-use Promotional Codes which have already been used cannot be used again for a new purchase even if the first purchase is returned.
