Only shoes that are listed in our online store are available to be purchased through Converse.com. For products that aren’t listed in our online store, we recommend you search for a local retailer using our Store Locator. Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping
Our normal shipping method is via UPS ground. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please allow 7–10 Business Days for delivery from the date we successfully process your order.
Standard UPS Ground (7-10 days)Free Ground Shipping for a limited time.
Offer is good for standard shipping only and is automatically applied at checkout. Does not include Design Your Own or Gift Card orders No adjustments on previous purchases. Offer is not transferable. Not valid for cash or cash equivalent. Some restrictions apply. Void where prohibited.
Express Delivery
$10.95. Delivery is 2-3 Business Days after successful processing. Available to all, required for Alaska & Hawaii.
Next Business Day
$14.95. Order must be successfully processed by 11:00am CST to be shipped the same Business Day. Next-Day Air orders placed by noon on Fridays will arrive the following Monday.
Gift Cards Shipping Method
Since gift cards are treated like cash, we mail them separately via certified mail. Shipping charges for gift cards are $4.50. Gift Cards cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
APO/FPO Addresses — U.S. Military Bases in Foreign Countries
Please Note: APO, FPO, AE, CMR and other military base addresses are not considered international addresses. If you are planning to ship to this type of address you should NOT choose international Shipping. APO/FPO addresses are shipped by USPS and may take 30–45 days for delivery. Design Your Own products may not be shipped to APO/FPO addresses.

U.S. Sales Tax
Sales tax applies to the state where the merchandise is being shipped. Since Converse.com makes its products available for sale throughout the entire United States, sales tax must be added to your order at your local sales tax rate, where applicable.

Return Policy
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you're not, we will gladly refund or exchange any unworn merchandise as long as you present a receipt with the original packaging in good condition within 30 days from the date you received it. Please be sure to check the fit and comfort of your purchase before wearing.
You may ship the unworn merchandise back to us within 30 days of purchase for refund or exchange. Returns must be accompanied with a copy of your original receipt. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Shipping charges are not refundable. However, if you choose to exchange an item, you will not be charged additional shipping and handling charges. Exchanged items will be sent UPS ground.

Be sure to include the return/exchange form provided with your order. Please allow 4– 6 weeks for your return to be received, processed, and appear on your credit card statement.
Returns and exchanges for products NOT purchased through Converse.com.
Return and exchange requests for product purchased directly through one of our authorized retailers should be processed directly through that retailer. We only accept returns for purchases made through Converse.com.
