About Converse One
By designing your own shoe at Converse One, you are the ultimate designer; you create the perfect pair. Start by picking a pair of shoes that you can customize, then proceed to make them your own.
Billing Information
Orders placed can only be processed with a U.S.-issued credit card shipping to a U.S. street address. Your credit card will be charged prior to the shipment of your Converse One order.

Personalization Policy
For most Converse One products, you may submit a combination of letters, spaces, or numbers for a personalization that will appear on your Converse One product. While we honor many personal IDs, we cannot honor every one. Unfortunately, at times we must decline personal IDs that may otherwise seem unobjectionable. If your personal ID is declined, your order will be cancelled and you will be notified via email. A personal ID may be declined at Converse's sole discretion, including, but not limited to, any one of the following reasons:
- It might violate another party's trademark or other intellectual property rights. These may include words, phrases, celebrity names, and even certain color combinations when used in connection with particular words or geographic designations.
- It contains profanity, inappropriate slang, might be considered insulting or discriminatory, might be construed to incite violence, or may simply contain material that we do not wish to place on our products.
Converse reserves the right to cancel any personal ID after it has been submitted.

Shipping Information
Orders are all shipped direct from our manufacturing facilities. Tracking is provided and will be sent to the email address you provided when you placed the order. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery from the date we successfully process your order. Since holidays vary globally, there may be certain times of the year when a 2 to 4 week delivery time will not be possible.
Our shipping method is via UPS ground. UPS will not deliver to P.O., APO, or FPO Boxes.

U.S. Sales Tax
Sales tax applies to the state where the merchandise is being shipped. Since Converse makes its products available for sale throughout the entire United States, sales tax must be added to your order at your local sales tax rate, where applicable.

We start building your Converse One custom product immediately. Therefore, cancellations or modifications to your order are not possible. And since your Converse One product is truly unique, we are unable to accept returns for sizing or color issues.
Please review the sizing recommendations and charts offered for each specific shoe. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We regret that we cannot authorize returns for sizing issues or color variances.
Returns and exchanges for products NOT purchased through Converse.com.
Return and exchange requests for products purchased directly through one of our authorized retailers should be processed directly through that retailer. We only accept returns for purchases made through Converse.com.
