Returns, exchanges or quality problems for Converse products NOT purchased through Converse.com
We can only accept returns for purchases made through Converse.com, but are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the Converse product you purchased
from one of our Retail partners. Our policy on this type of issue is that you initially contact them directly to request and exchange or return the product.
