    Due to the large number of products passing through the UK border, orders may take longer than usual to reach our UK consumers.

    - Delivery to PO boxes is not available.

    - We are currently not delivering to postal codes that start with: IV, HS, KA, PA, PH, ZE, IM, TR, JE, GY, FI, GX, BT.

    *All postcodes starting with BT, HS, IM, IV, KW, ZE, and all postcodes in the range of KA27-28, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, TR21-25 have a standard shipping rate of £15.

    Yes, you might experience a longer delivery lead time when ordering on Converse.com after the 31st of December 2020. Converse.com is shipping the products from Europe into the UK. Customs delays at the UK border might influence our lead time.

    We're currently anticipating delays in order deliveries.     The track and trace link will become active once your parcel arrives at the depot in the UK. Delays at the UK border may take longer than usual for your order to reach the depot in the UK.

    If your order didn't arrive on the expected delivery date, or if it arrived damaged, please contact us.

    Where can I ship my order to?

    You can place your Converse order with both billing and shipping address within the same country. Available countries are listed in the below chart.

    For example, if you're ordering to UK, make sure you are using the UK site.

    Can an order be shipped as a gift?

    Yes! You can ship an order as a gift and include a gift message, which will be printed out on a card and added to the box. In addition, if you choose to add a gift message, the invoice will be replaced by gift receipt (delivery note). At this moment, we are unable to offer gift wrapping.
