global community of more than 3,000 individuals from more than 30 cities, spanning LA to Lima.

Converse’s approach aims to break down barriers and to spark your creative progress.

Spark inspiration with the launch of All Star Series, an ongoing experience of one-of-a-kind workshops, conversations and performances made for All Stars, with participation from All Stars and Converse’s creative network. In addition to exclusive experiences, Converse provides access to product, opportunities for mentorship and commissions creatives that express with intent for the development of creative work.

Why have you created
the All Stars Team?

As the original brand of youth culture, we saw an opportunity to play a more purposeful, two-way role with the communities that have always embraced us. We believe our iconic canvas "All Star" can serve as a canvas for creative action and progress by investing in bold ideas and collaborating directly with individuals.

Is there an age
requirement to be an
All Stars Team member?

All Stars Team applicants must be between eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, and twenty-five (25) years of age.

Will I be compensated for joining the
All Stars Team community?

The Converse All Star Team is a grassroots community, with optional participation. We do not compensate you to join. Our partnership is based on physical and digital experiences, creative opportunities, product and mentorship provided by Converse and active engagement by you. Once an All Stars Team member, if you are commissioned to do specific work with Converse, you will be compensated in accordance with a set of terms and conditions defined in a formal legal agreement between you and Converse.

Other than age, are there any selection criteria or explicit requirements for applying to the All Stars Team?

We are looking for individuals that express their creativity with intent. At this time, we are not accepting applications from signed models and individuals who have existing commitments and/or agreements with Converse’s Competitors, as defined in Exhibit A, or applications from individuals located in the Greater China region.
