    Will my package be delivered by Tuesday, December 24th?

    Order before 12 noon on the 20th of December and we guarantee delivery* before Christmas. For Design Your Own products order before 3rd of December to guarantee your delivery before Christmas.

    *Excluding remote locations
    We are currently not delivering to postal codes that start with JE, GY, FI and GX.
    Longer delivery lead times apply for remote locations

    The following post codes have a standard shipping rate of £15
    All post code starting with BT, HS, IM, IV, KW, ZE;
    And in the range of: KA27-28, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, TR21-25.

    Can I track my Order?

    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification from the carrier that is handling the order for your country.

    Can I expedite my Design Your Own order?

    We are unable to expedite your Design Your Own order. Your designs are built and dispatched in the quickest way possible. Custom delivery during the festive period is 3 to 4 weeks. Please place your order by 12 noon on Tuesday 3rd December for guaranteed delivery before Christmas.

    May I get my package shipped without the invoice or include a gift receipt?

    Usually, all packages are delivered with an invoice.

    However, if a gift message is added to your order, there will be no invoice provided with the package.

    Does the shipment show Converse on the outside of the box so the recipient will know where the package is from?

    No, our boxes are not branded on the outside.

    How long is the extended Holiday return/ Tell me more about extended returns for Holidays?

    Converse.com will gladly refund any unworn merchandise bought on Converse.com. All purchases made during the festive period are able to be returned for 60 days after purchase date. This is applicable to all orders placed between the 3rd and 20th of December.

    Design Your Own shoes:

    What about Gift Wrapping or Gift Messaging?

    At this moment, we are unable to offer Gift Wrapping, but we do have a gift message service. Select the gift message checkbox at checkout and create your message.
