My husband is crazy picky about t-shirts. They have to be cotton, breathable, washable without shrinking, THICK, soft, long enough but not oversized, and must maintain shape over time - no wonky noodle necks allowed. Finding the perfect tee has been like searching for a real life unicorn… until now. We case across the Converse Go-To Embroidered Chevron Star T-Shirt. I was immediately taken by the softness of the fabric. Hubby loved the weight bc thickness of a tee is his top requirement! The fit (XL) of the shirt ticks all of the boxes in length, width, weight, drape, and comfort. So far so good. I waited for a few weeks to write this review so I could get in a decent number of washes to properly evaluate the durability. It washes up beautifully with no discernible shrinkage. It is cotton so removing it from the dryer immediately is key! No lasagna neck, no loose threads or seams coming apart. It is made so well! The only negative is there are no enough color options!

This converse gender-free tee is the perfect weight and is truly adaptable to all fits as it has transitioned perfectly for me to wear during maternity as well as still be flattering without the baby bump! I especially like the length of the sleeves-short sleeves that hit a just the right spot on your upper arm

My husband tried the XL (he usually is in between a L and an XL). I would say it fit well. The XL wasn’t baggy and fit nice. The fabric was a thicker cotton that was comfortable to wear. It didn’t have a broken in feel but got softer after a few washes (it still looked very new after multiple washes). Loved the unique color of this shirt. You could wear it all year round. What makes this shirt great is it’s simplicity. Classic converse style.

Typically a small t-shirt is fitted on my frame where as this one is definitely loose. The embroidered logo is nicely done. Appears to be well-stitched. Stands out without being overbearing. I love the pastel rose color. Overall I really like this tee and will be wearing it a lot.

Got this shirt for my boyfriend who typically wears XXS shirts. It was too large for him, but it fits me well at the shoulders and waist — a bit tight at the bust. I am 5’4” and curvy with a 39” bust. The fabric is soft, and the stitching appears to be good quality. First photo from after the first cycle in the washer/dryer, in natural light. Second photo in daylight, appearing more washed-out than in-person. Perfect shirt for slender builds who prefer a looser shirt in the torso.

The Converse Go-To Embroidered Star Chevron Standard Fit T-Shirt fits great and is very comfortable. I am male, 6' 4" and about 200 pounds. Men's XL is my normal size. The sizing of the XL shirt is perfect for me. It is not too wide and short like some XL tees. I washed it and it still fits well (photos are post-washing). My favorite feature of this tee is that it is very comfortable and easy to wear. I've worn it with jeans, sorts, and joggers, as well as under sweatshirts. The cotton is a nice, not too thin, breathable fabric that works well in all weather conditions. The Converse logo is a bit retro and cool, but it isn't too large to be distracting or take away from the ease of this shirt. I appreciate the quality of this t-shirt. For example, the logo is stitched, not screen printed. Overall, I'm liking it a lot!

The Converse go-to embroidered star chevron standard fit t-shirt is a great purchase. The fabric is very soft and slightly stretchy. It has quality stitching that appears like it will last a long time and stand up to durable use. I like that the logo is present but discrete. It is true to size. I initially intended to order a medium but ended up with a large. I think a medium would have fit better but the large is very comfortable and now I enjoy sleeping in it as well. The only downside that I have found so far is that after I wash it and dry it a bit the material still has some wrinkles to it. It remains very soft after multiple washes though. The color is a beautiful, warm tone and it compliments any outfit. It is now one of my favorite daily use shirts. Highly recommend!

Wonderful everyday t-shirt! The converse logo makes it look a little retro. It's 100% cotton and a standard fit, not too baggy, not too loose. I've washed mine a few times already and it's held up well. The canyon dust is such a lovely color.

I love clothes that are loose-fitting and comfortable, and these pants are. I love wearing them when I am running and even when I'm just at work. These are so comfortable

Got the pastel pink one which is a really nice color paired with most of my jeans. The shirt feels high quality and comfortable and fits well. I feel it runs a little big but that seems to be consistent with converse tees

I really love the Converse Go-To Embroidered Star Chevron T Shirt. It is super comfortable, and made with great fabric. It’s soft breathable as well, which I really like. I felt like it did run kind of big or loose, which is fine with me as I like to wear oversized shirts sometimes. So if you like a tighter or form fitting T Shirt I would size down! Over all a really great T Shirt.

Really like the pastel coloring. It's a fun color. The fabric feels better than normal cotton, it draps down a bit more heavy and makes it so the shirt doesn't bunch up.

I loved the color of the "Move" platforms with their western stitching SO much, that when I saw there was a t shirt that matched, I just had to buy it, too! Converse tees are great - 100% cotton - can't get better than that! Wish they offered more colors in the "smaller left chest logo" - or even just a more "subtle" logo - nothing large and in your face... I love Converse clothes, just don't need it splashed across my entire shirt...

I am wearing the “Gender Free Medium” Perfect fit and so comfortable! The fabric is soft and has a little stretch but still holds its strength, not flimsy. I’m a mom of two and live in comfy clothes and I don’t want to take off this Tee! My favorite part is the embroidery of the converse logo on the left of my chest. Great choice instead of screen printed. I definitely want more of these in my closet!!!

This shirt is the perfect workout shirt. I’ve struggled to find a shirt that wicks sweat and keeps me cool. I ended up wearing this shirt all day and was comfortable while working out in the gym, outside in the 90 degree summer, and in the air conditioning hanging out at home. The fabric was soft and a little heavier than I expected. I thought I’d get too hot, but that never happened. I did get a large because I like my workout shirts to be loose, but I probably could’ve gotten away with a medium and still be very comfortable. I also greatly appreciated it was long enough to cover my butt in my leggings.

This Converse shirt is very sharp looking. The logo wasn’t huge and placed nicely. The material was very comfortable and soft. It fit true to size and was not bulky or tight. Sometimes shirts can be boxy and this was not. It laid very nicely at the waist. I tried the small and it was perfect. I would definitely recommend this shirt.

Finding a tee that is versatile, comfortable, and looks good is not always an easy task. Luckily, this Converse shirt completely solves that challenge as I wear it when running errands, shooting hoops, or even to relax at the end of the day. The shirt itself is very comfortable - I ordered a small and while it was a little bit big, it still fits very nicely and the fabric is very soft. Some shirts can be itchy, or even stretch easily, and this one just felt like a higher quality material was used, which I appreciated. I also liked the style of the shirt. I'm not someone who likes shirts with big graphics and logos, but the Converse logo on this shirt is not at all overwhelming and when I walk around I feel a sense of pride that I'm walking around in a stylish tee. Overall, it's a top quality tee that I'd recommend to anyone.

This is an excellent shirt with great heft and stretch! It is 100% cotton and is perfect to wear both by itself or layered under a jacket or hoodie. I can see myself wearing this shirt in various ways all year round. It is true to size and washes well -- it held its shape both when it was air and machine dried and had no shrinkage, pilling, sag or "bacon neck." The fit is also right on -- it is true to size, not too fitted, and the short sleeves are the perfect length, ending halfway down the bicep. The logo on the chest is embroidered, so there is no worry that it will eventually come off in the wash, and is not too flashy or distracting. This is my new go-to black t-shirt!

When it comes to my clothing, I can be pretty picky. I like shirts that are comfortable to wear. If it’s too thick, I won’t keep it. This shirt is a little thicker than some of my normal shirts, but it’s still quite soft and comfortable to wear. I wouldn’t mind if the fabric was a little thinner, however I know it will be a shirt that lasts! I ordered a size small, which is my normal size, and I felt pretty good, but not too tight, and not too loose. I love how simple and timeless the design is on the shirt. Just a simple embroidered logo that stands out nicely to the dusty pink color. All in all, it’s a nice addition to my wardrobe!

This shirt is so soft and comfy! The sizing is a little weird because it’s the gender-free, but this is how it worked for me and my husband: my husband is 6ft tall and typically wears a medium/large in men’s sizes, depending on how long the shirt is cut. The shoulders for this shirt were a little snug on him, and the torso is a little short, but he was comfortable in it. He thinks a large probably would’ve suited him better. I am 5’2” and typically wear a small/medium in women’s sizes and a medium/large in junior’s. This shirt is perfectly baggy for me. I like my tees to be loose and a little oversized, and this worked for me. We’ll definitely be buying more of these in different colors (we got the salmon color, which looks great on both of us). Love it!

I typically wear a small/medium t-shirt so I tried a medium for this shirt. It is a little to big to my liking. My husband, who typically wears a medium t-shirt, thinks it fits perfect on him. It is not form fitting, more boxy, which is what he prefers. The fabric is very soft and it washes up nice. I do prefer more of a v-neck shirt so I was not a big fan of the crew neck style, but my husband was. My least favorite feature of this shirt is the color. I tried the Canyon Dust color and it really washes both me and my husband out and didn't look great with our skin tones.

This large Converse tee is my ideal fit. It’s form fitting in all the appropriate places and complements my build nicely. The fabric is slightly softer than most cotton tees but not as soft I prefer but the material feels breathable. It’s ideal for casual use or working out. I love the overall length of it - it can be worn tucked or untucked. I highly recommend this tee.

This shirt was for by husband and he’s pretty vocal if he’s not happy. It’s a pretty ice TShirt. The fabric doesn’t feel cheap at all. It’s thins comfortable feeling material. He likes black “because it goes with everything” so that was a plus. He wore it to run some errands, I thought it fit him nicely. I would also buy this for myself just in a smaller size. So yes we are pretty happy with this simple, good quality shirt.

What did you think about the fabric of this top? This is a solid black tee shirt. Nothing out of the norm or very exciting. The fabric is nice. Much thicker than a normal cotton tee shirt. Seems to be of good quality. It is comfortable to wear and breathable. My husband is a painter and he wears it to work, where it is often hot. I ordered a “gender neutral” medium, which really means a men’s medium, because it fit my husband perfectly and he wears a medium. Meanwhile, I wear a women’s medium and it was very oversized on me. My favorite feature was the fabric, it feels more lush than a basic black tee. However, the design is pretty boring, as it just has a small insignia.

I am a huge fan of converse, so I was super grateful to try this shirt! So I am a size medium on tops and that is what I received is a medium. So the material is really high quality, it is super soft yet very strong and durable. It felt nice on my body and came to about my hips for the length super like that it wasn't to small length wise. It came in black and the logo is white and stands out nicely against the black. This was a super comfy shirt to wear and it's gender-free so men and woman can wear this shirt . The only issue is I am short like 5ft and my arms are little so the armpit area was a little bit bigger than I am used to, other than that this is a high quality shirt and I definitely recommend to anyone..

I did not care for the fit or feel of the fabric. It’s tight at the hips and I weigh 128lbs. The fabric is too rough with no flexibility very stiff feeling and makes for an uncomfortable tshirt.
