Great shoes!
Very comfortable and very high quality that's why I have three pair of Chuck 70s. The half size down recommendation work perfectly.
Love them but they run large
Ok don't get me wrong, I love my converse. But they definitely run large. I am normally size 13 for sneakers, and they were kinda long and just too big. I can still wear them and they look great but It's just frustating having such big shoes conpared to everyone else LOL Anyways, I totally recommened these but I would advise sizing down. Thank you!

Classic Chucks in a light pink color
I am a long-time Chuck 70 person and own many many pairs of them in different colors. Classic style that puts me on the alternative side, but pairs well with contemporary style for those rare occasions. This color is just pink enough without being too bright. They will be in my mix.
Chuck 70s are worth it
I have worn Converse high tops all of my life (I am about to turn 50). After being on the fence about the new Chuck 70s - they seemed too bulky, too shiny, too stiff - I finally bought a pair and I am SO GLAD I did. They are incredibly comfortable - much more than the originals. The sole is more substantial and they hold their shape better. The "egret" colour is a very dark, rich indigo blue and it's beautiful. Perfect for the jeans I always wear but would also be a great neutral for anything else. Very happy customer!
Best shoe thru the years
This is probably my 20th pair of converse in the past 45 years, and 4th or 5th pair of the “70’s” model. Always a reliable shoe, and the “70’s” model adds that additional support comfort insert. Great color assortment and everything I’ve always loved about converse.

Built strong and tough with quality materials to last for years. Available in wide sizing is a bonus. I wear a 10 in Nike, 9.5 in work boots, and a 9.0 wide in these. Hope this helps.
An Early 80s Childhood Classic
I bought my first pair of Chuck 70s in 2023 and first pair of Chuck classics from Stride Rite in Boston when I was a little boy back in the early 80s. Since 2023, I never looked back and now I own about 8 pairs reflecting back the simple days of early 80s childhood and paying tribute of my Gen-X generation.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely love my Converse Chuck Taylor 70s! These shoes are a perfect blend of classic style and modern comfort. The quality is outstanding—the canvas feels durable, the stitching is impeccable, and the rubber sole has a great grip. What really stands out is the added cushioning compared to the classic Chucks, making them much more comfortable for all-day wear. If you’re on the fence about getting these, just do it. They’re worth every penny and have quickly become my go-to sneakers. 10/10 recommend!
The converse all star 70s are great
The weather here has been bad so I have worn them around the house. They fit great and are really comfortable. I will be wearing them a lot later on. I will for sure be wearing them when I visit the Shawnee Forest. I like the sturdy construction. I will be ordering more for myself and a pair or two for presents. The 70 series is ideal.

Comfortable fit!
Got these in wide width, women’s size 5, and they perfectly fit!! I’m so happy. They’re a huge upgrade to my old converse sneakers and because of the wide width I can run comfortably now!! I can slip them on easily when the laces aren’t in the last upper 2 holes, and I can lace them up for extra security.
High quality, True to size
These look and feel great however I followed the guidance of converse and many comments and order a half size down. That did not work out for me, they were way too small. I advise ordering your usual converse size

Best High Tops
You can not go wrong with the purchase of the black chuck 70 high tops. They are durable and once worn for awhile, they have character and personality. The important thing to remember is to clean them if you like a clean white rubber. I use basics like an old wash cloth and warm soupy water.

I'm a size 9 wide, got an 8.5 wide (as recommended) and its a perfect fit. Glad they started selling these in wide.

They Start Out as My "Dress Shoes"
These start out as my "dress shoes" and then become everyday wear. I like the sturdier construction. I suggest thicker or wider laces for a more stylish look.
One of the best shoes you can get
I had been wanting to get a pair of Chuck 70s for a while. I had a pair of Chucks as a kid and always loved them, and was was intrigued by the 70 version being more true to the original Chucks from the 70s. The build quality and materials are top-notch. The canvas is thick, almost too thick at first, but it softens up. These have a bit of a break-in perioid. I got these and some Newbalances at the same time. The Newbalances fit better out of the box with the wider toebox. But after the break-in period, the Chuck 70s might be even more comfortable. They loosen up and conform to the shape of your foot. They are a sleek elegant narrow design. I went half a size down like everyone recommented and I agree: half a size down was perfect for me. They felt a little tight at first, but like I said before, after the break in period, they feel outstanding. If you can, I would recommend going with the wide-fit version, which well let them fit better sooner out of the box.

Chuck 70s are the way to go. I won't wear plain All Stars anymore. 70s are way more comfortable.

Better than the cheaper chuck taylor
Much more cushion than the cheaper chuck Taylor, I don’t have to use inserts. They run slightly bigger, so if the regular chucks are tight, this one may fit perfect.

my go-to sneaker
love them! personally felt like i didnt need to size down despite people saying they run big. i only went down a half size and its not uncomfortable but my toes do feel a bit squished after being on my feet all day

I haven't had a pair of high tops in years, and I didn't realize how much I missed it! They fit just the way I hoped, are comfortable, and look great with so many things. They are comfortable on their own, but I threw a pair of insoles in to make them even more so.
