I love these shoes. I haven't worn them much due to the weather in my area but once things really clear up I will be wearing them all the time. The blue canvas and suede is awesome and I can't get enough of them. Whenever I talk about converse I always feel compelled to talk about sizing, as a good consumer. Converse, in my own opinion, have always ran pretty big. They say order a half size down, but I would order multiple pairs within 2 sizes down (at the most). I wear between a US mens 9 and US mens 10 in most brands, but in converse I wear a US mens 8. BUT I LOVE THESE SHOES!

At first, I was scared to buy a size 13 — but after few wears, they not fit with enough room to last a while.

These shoes arrived in time and looked classic with some extra styling. The custom stitching is eye catching and the tones from the sole to the body work really well and give the shoe a sport look but ready for a nice evening tour as well. The Chuck 70 Marquis are next level!!

These shoes are so cute and can be worn with so many different outfits! I needed a cute pair of shoes to up my casual wear and these were the perfect fit! They are right on trend and fit like a dream. Being a mother of 4, cute while comfortable is my go to and these did not disappoint!

I love the spin that these take on classic Chucks high tops! The different textures (canvas against the glossy sole) make these shoes super fun and easy to dress up and down! They’re extremely comfortable and maintain their structure so that they stay “high” all day while you wear them. I will say that I don’t think they run a size larger, they seemed totally true to size (I am normally a 7.5, wore a 7 and feel I could have gone up a half size). I love the colors chosen for the iconic converse star and the “Chuck Taylor” scripted on the side. They are almost elegant and I could even see a someone wearing these as part of their wedding ensemble (hello after party!) Overall, I love the look of these but recommend sticking with your typical side for maximum comfort.

I decided to wear these shoes to an event at a nature park. I was nervous that with the amount of walking, these shoes would not be very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that after walking on uneven ground and taking several stairs, I had no discomfort at all. Bonus to the comfort is the style. The color makes the shoes very versatile. You can easily dress this shoe up or down.

It's hard to find a shoe that provides comfort without losing style. The Chuck 70 Marquis definitely provides both. I love the classic design with subtle accents that elevate the overall look. The white/ivory color scheme with subtle gold and suede accents were my favorite part of the shoe. The shoes are super comfortable. They look bulky but are surprisingly lightweight. I'd definitely recommend buying them if your looking for a comfortable yet stylish shoe; just make sure you check the size chart as they tend to run larger than your normal size.

I have had a pair of shoes like this before but they weren’t high tops and I was pleasantly surprised when I wore this pair that the arch support is much better than the previous pair. They are really comfortable and a great color to match just about anything. I wear them as just a casual option, but I’m sure this could be used for athletics like weight lifting if that’s something that interests you. Overall, I will continue to wear them and I’m happy that I have them!

These shoes are cute. It’s white and beige colored, which gives them a very crisp feeling. They don’t make your feet look big. On one side of the shoes, there’s some small, light brown writing says “Chuck Taylor” which adds a little fun to the overall light colored shoes. The soles have a nice cushiony feeling to them. Comfortable to wear. I think they are very easy to wear because of their neutral color. Can be paired with many outfits.

The Chuck 70 Marquis Hi Tops in Vintage White/Natural Ivory/Egret are really nice! I completely missed the memo that they ran large and somehow thought they ran small. I usually wear a 10.5 and got an 11. The 11 is big, I think my normal size would have been perfect for me. Although, these are still wearable and comfortable. The overall design is really nice. I think they look super sharp and I love the gold accents. I feel like these shoes have the right amount of comfort and style and I am able to comfortably wear them all day long. The thing I love the most is the color combo; they look so nice with everything. The only thing I would change would be to have gotten my normal size and not sized up. Otherwise, these shoes are amazing!

My husband really enjoyed the fresh take on a classic high top sneaker. He’s not one to typically purchase high tops, but something about the design of these really caught his eye. The ivory color matches close to everything and we found that these look good with both long pants and shorts (which is strange to him as he usually hates shorts and high tops!) Overall we don’t have any complains about these unique sneakers. They fit true to size and are trendy without being too “out there”.

This shoe is not just classy and stunning it’s also a comfortable wear. It feels very lightweight. The design of the shoe is very nice and looks very good if you want to either dress up or dress down. The shoe remained comfortable for an all day wear. What I enjoyed the most is the color theme. These converse are pretty dope. The color is like a faded black with a grey suede toe cap. They are a great shoe for everyday use. They are super comfortable and look great with a variety of outfits. They are also durable and really great quality. I walked all through the DC mall wearing these sneakers for about 6 hours not a singe blister or complaint, super duper comfy. Mine have a blueish look to them when indoors that looks awesome and can be dressed up or down. They are perfect for growing teenagers, with a slightly wider fit and a soft insole. The Converse Chuck 70 Marquis Hi fits my husband’s feet well. His feet are a bit wide and many shoes don’t quite fit right in the width. These fit well straight out of the box and were comfortable while wearing them for a day. The shoes felt lightweight. Even in a size 13, they don’t look awkward on his feet. I like the color combinations, different hues of grey. The sole has a utilitarian vibe. Will pair well with nice fitted jeans, chinos or even shorts. Can be dressed up or down. Definitely a modern look.

These are the perfect shoe for a laid back casual day. You don’t have to trade looks for comfort with these. I wore them all day and my feet felt well supported. They go with everything and have a way of dressing up sweatpants and dressing down a nice button up. 10/10

Let me just say that slipping my feet in these shoes for the first time made me smile. There was more padding than I had expected...not too much, just enough to provide comfort for all day use straight out of the box. Even the minimal padding around my ankles was a welcome comfort. Something I liked about this shoe specifically was the toe cap. It had the classic Chuck Taylor look without the bold contrast. I am also a fan of subtle details and the Chuck Taylor signature just under the outside ankle satisfied that desire for me. Overall, I don't think I would change anything about this shoe. It's a modern take on a beloved classic, and I love them both.

I’ll admit, I wore the quintessential B/W canvas high top chucks in my wedding (9yrs ago) and that was the last pair I’ve had in my closet . Getting closer to 40 shoe comfort has superseded looks. The CHUCK 70 MARQUIS HI has reopened my eyes to the possibility of Chucks once again having a place in my closet. These shoes are very comfortable, gone are the days of thin insoles. The blend of materials and color and great, I particularly love the gold Chuck Taylor insignia. These have quickly become my go to for casual dress around town but could certainly be dressed up. If you are like me and haven’t visited Chucks in some time give these a chance!

The shoes looked great when I received them and were packed nicely. The color is elegant and wonderful for summers. These shoes were stylish and very comfortable for our day trip to Memphis Tennessee and there was no discomfort at all even after walking for hours. I would definitely recommend these to all. These Converse Chuck did run a half size bigger so instead of getting the usual 9.5 US size, I received size 9.

I absolutely love my new Chuck 70s. I don’t know how Converse did it but they designed the most comfortable insole my feet have ever touched. It’s like walking on pillows. I don’t wear many high top shoes but have always been intrigued by the Chuck Taylors, I don’t know why I never purchased any of these before they are my favorite shoe to date. The color-ways are very sleek and stylish being black and grey. Converse even through in a nice pop of gold on the outside heel of the shoe with the Chuck Taylor signature. These shoes do run about a size to size and a half large. I generally wear a size 10.5 shoe and I got a 9.5 which seem to fit just fine. I can’t say enough about how comfortable these shoes are, I wear them with pants, shorts and have even thrown them on with some joggers.

Shoes are awesome! They are the perfect shade of white, and look better than the pictures. I was between these and some Air Jordan’s, and I’m glad I went with these. They are great for a casual night out, or just hanging out in normal clothes. Would definitely recommend!

The soles of these shoes are so comfortable! I was in shock! I have a pair of low top converse that feel nothing like these Chucks. I also really like the design. The contrast with two different materials is just subtle enough for my taste. I could wear these all day. The high top is a new thing for me so that will take some getting used to but with the comfort of the soles, I don’t see that being an issue. Overall, I think it’s a great shoe. Definitely stylish and super comfortable. The shoe does run a little small. I’m normally a 7.5 but had to get these in an 8 so keep that in mind when purchasing.

The design of this shoes was super sleek. I loved the gold “Chuck Taylor” on the side. I loved the dyed leather on the front of the shoe. The plastic guard on the shoe gave the illusion of it being a platform shoe without the discomfort or height. The shoe itself is pretty comfortable— the sole molds to your foot after a while. The high tops are definitely something I am not used to, so the inflexibility around my ankle is something I needed to get used to, but did after a while. I actually ended up unloosing the first few loops at the top of the shoe for a while when I wore these all day. I’d love to try these in a different color!

very comfortable blush sneakers that's for sure. I hope that last long. the only complaint I have is the Tung. I hope they figure out a way to hold that tung in the middle. It always leans to the left no matter how tight it is. I keep pulling on it to the middle. and that is. the only annoying thing I wish to see fixed in design. especially this is not the only model suffering from that problem.

Classic chucks with a nice twist with the black and gray. Same comfort but these feel a little more dressed up than the classics. The gray/black do make them feel more like a fall or winter shoe than for summer. They fit well and are generally comfortable but I wouldn’t wear these to your a new city by foot.

These shoes are so good looking with the monotone coloring and high tops. They are comfortable for walking around but not very supportive. I got lots of compliments on them.

The Chuck 70 Marquis Hi Vintage is a solid shoe with a vintage look. I got mine in the white/natural color and they are super clean out of the box. I usually wear a size 10 but the 9.5 fits me pretty well, so they run a little big. The canvas holds up nicely when I wear them out and gives good support for a hi-top shoe. Wearing them around is like walking on a cloud - the sole is incredible and much more comfortable than I expected. I can wear them casually for a couple of hours before needing to take a break. The shoes get a little tight just as they come up to my toes (right around the ball of my foot). I have a slightly wide foot but that tightness is what keeps me from being able to wear them all day. Overall, good shoe and glad to add the classic look to my closet.

These chucks look super stylish right out of the box. The white/natural color combo looks amazing and is pairs well with almost anything outfit. The classy gold accent and suede additions are the perfect inclusions. In addition to style, I was seriously impressed by the comfort. The inside was lightly padded which kept my feet cool and cushioned. I was worried about the shoe rubbing near the back of my foot/ankle but my feet were completely comfortable for hours. The insoles were also lightly cushioned for comfort. The shoe does seem to run slightly big but overall great shoe!

Love chucks — these were a cool white pair, more fashionable than every day pair. They are a little stiff and even after wearing them a few times it didn’t seem to get too much better. I’d defiantly wear them on occasion but not all the time, it has to be a particular event. Loved the color the most, very classy and clean.

The canvas quality on the shoes is very good. Feels very thick and durable while being flexible enough to look sleek around your ankle to easily tie the shoes tightly. I have limited experience with high tops so idk if this is the case with all high top shoes but I felt like I couldn't roll my ankle much to the point where it felt restricting. This may be what you want from high tops especially during high energy activities where rolling your ankles is a likely possibility. I imagine that they will soften over time and I need to break them in more. I wish the platform of the shoes were less glossy and more matte but overall they look good, feel good, and would probably last a very long time

I've had these shoes for a couple weeks now. I ordered them in a size 9-1/2, though I wish I'd have tried them on first. The length is plenty big, maybe even a little closer to a 10, but these shoes are quite narrow. My feet are a little on the wide side, and they stretch these shoes quite a bit. Aside from that, these were pretty comfortable shoes. I wore them all day several days in a row and didn't have any issues. These shoes have the classic converse look. It reminds me of what everyone wanted to wear when I was in high school. I like the style and the color. They aren't a true black but more of a dark gray. If these shoes were just a little wider or could be ordered in a wide size, they would be perfect.

These vintage high-tops are the epitome of comfort. The fit is just right — not too tight or flat — and has a good amount of support and padding. The colors are classic and surprisingly stain-resistant. The only complaint is that the tongue slips around and doesn’t stay centered while wearing. They’re comfy enough for a full day’s work and plenty stylish for a night out.

My first impression of these shoes was that they were different but still cute. They have a sort of grungy look to them that sets them apart. I’m still not quite sure if they are navy or black though so I’m having a hard time styling them. I took one star off for that and because I wish they were a little more of a platform, and that the bottom was less opaque and more of a solid color. I think they would be perfect with those changes! Aside from appearance, I was impressed with how comfortable these were! Definitely good for all day wear and running errands with heavy walking. They run a little big (maybe half a size), but that’s normal for this brand and it doesn’t affect wear too much. Overall, a great shoe that could use some minor appearance tweaks.

Overall great shoe, nice and snug on the foot and ankle but not overly tight if you have a wider foot. Personally, they’re lacking in arch support which is fairly typical of chucks in my opinion, but if you have a preferred insert it will fit comfortably inside the shoe without taking up too much space. The sole wraps up over the fabric which seems like it will hold up longer without separation, seems very durable! Overall a great shoe if you prefer chucks or flatter sneakers.

Over all I am a huge fan of these Chucks!! I’m knocking a star for the fit, which was just a hair big. The design is amazing! I really enjoyed creating outfits around the shoes, they’re such a statement piece. They were also extremely comfy despite the fit! They definitely hold up all day. These shoes are such a fun addition to my closet, and really jazz up my outfits.

As the title states, a good shoe. Fits well and true to size and easy to pair with outfits. The back does rub a little against my heel, but that might be a me problem.

These Converse Chuck 70 Marquis hightops in nightfall grey/cyber grey look so good! I love the tone on tone with two different materials. Unfortuantely, these shoes run large, like at least a 1/2 size bigger than other sneakers. I was able to wear them and while comfortable - the cushioned insole is dreamy - they were a bit too big to be practical for long wear. The quality is great and I would highly recommend the shoe, just be prepared to size down. I will say that having the brand on the inside of the shoe does throw me a bit. I like the sleekness of the simple print on the outside, but it almost feels like they were made wrong with the Converse star/cirle on the inside of the foot. Otherwise, great looking/feeling shoe overall.

Although I'd love this shoe in one solid color,they are awesome with the suede toe. Not as classic,but twice as comfortable. Same build as the 70,jus bigger.

This is as classic as a shoe comes. The brand, the look, the color and materials are perfection. But the fit of shoes and the support provided have evolved over the years and unfortunately these Chuck Taylors missed the memo. If you can chuck it up to “beauty is pain” then these are your shoes. They look great! But if you need the continued all day comfort then look elsewhere. These shoes are true to size and look awesome! BUT, if they could implement the support that is needed for all day wear, then that would knock my socks off.
