Bad ankle break two years ago, since then Converses are my go to sneakers. The insoles act as a shock absorber when walking on hard surfaces. I would be embarrassed to tell you all how many pairs I own. The All-Star Double Lift is perfect for my needs, the shoe is stable and surprising light. I purchased the light blue tee shirt to go with the sneakers. In my opinion Converse has the most versatile and stylish shoes on the market!

These shoes are AMAZING!! I'm what one might call an elder "converse emo." So I live and die by my cons, 20 years and counting. I have NEVER had a more comfortable pair of converse! I am incredibly short so nearly every show I own is a platform, including the original platform converse. The second I started walking in these shoes I was SHOOK!! They are SO light, and it's like walking on clouds!! Immediate comfort, no breaking in!! Additionally, the weird kind of curved part of the sole towards the front is a game changer!! My other platform cons are very stiff even after years of wear and the flat front of the sole causes some strain on my ankles as the sole does not flex like a normal converse. Because of this curve you can get the full extension of your ankle with NO train or pain!! I can't recommend these enough!! The only want to make them better is to make completely black ones, including the sole and toe.

I really did enjoy the shoe.All the shoes look really good.None of them fit, so I ended up giving them to a family that supported them to me over the years and the kids all enjoy them and are wearing the shoes just fine when they look nice.So when I figure out with my actual sizes we'll try this again!

I always have a hard time finding shoes that are truly comfy for me, even when other reviews say they are comfy. I have a high arch and back issues that are worse with hard shoes, so I think I just need a little extra comfort. And let me tell you, IT’S THESE. They are so light but also really springy and squishy. After wearing them a couple times I was almost ready to buy a second pair and had to hold back haha. They’re also really cute on top of being really comfy. I’d highly recommend!

These chucks have some serious lift and I’m here for it. They are so insanely cute and slightly over the top in the best way. Wearing them you would never know they are platforms, they’re super comfortable and I feel really stable on them. The insole is soft and squishy yet supportive. I went with the white and they look so good with jeans. They seem really well made. I am between a 9.5 and 10 and went with 10. I’d say they’re true to size. There’s a little room but I think it’s the right size for me, I think any smaller would be too small. They tighten up well, too. Overall, I think these are awesome. Love that they’re comfortable while also being very stylish.

I'm a big fan of Chuck Taylors and have been wearing them forever. I am pretty short (5'3") and really love their platform options. I typically stick with ones that are a little lower than these but I was really excited to try out a higher lift. The first couple of days I did have a couple of tripping issues since I wasn't used to the higher platform but I got used to it fast. These are so comfortable and help me feel put together. I feel like I can dress them up - they look so cute with skirts and dresses!! Overall I think I'll wear my lower platforms as my primary shoe going forward but these are really fun when I need a little more height, or want to dress them up a little more. I want the embroidered ones next!

First, let me start by saying how comfortable these are! I was so shocked at how truly comfortable they are! Usually this style of shoe isn’t always the softest or padded enough but the memory foam insole is spot on! Plus, the high rise is just *chefs kiss*! I’ve always been a fan of the chunky or platform tennis/canvas style shoe! They are a bit wide for my foot, so my foot tends to slide around in the shoe a bit which I do not like, but not enough to not wear them. They also run a bit big overall with sizing. I would have preferred a half size smaller. The pink color is a perfect bubblegum pink and and the material is as expected for a canvas shoe and if good quality.

These are the most comfortable Converse I’ve ever tried. The fit was true to size, the double stack sole provides sheer comfort and stability; it’s like walking on clouds. These Chucks are like the originals, in terms of materials and comfort. I have very wide feet, normally wearing a 10 wide/extra wide in women's shoes, and these Chucks fit perfectly. There were no rubbing of the heels or toes, the shoes felt great. I was able to walk in these with ease and they reminded me of one of my favorite platforms sneakers from the early 2000s. I love the design of the shoes, as platforms are very popular right now and it's hard to find shoes in such cute pastel colors. I just wish they would come in more cute spring colors.

Big fan of these shoes! I wore them to work, where I am standing on my feet most of the day, and they were very comfortable! I’m not used to wearing high tops and by the end of the day, my legs were a little irritated. The material is really soft and not stiff so I was able to fold over the top and retie them. I actually received a lot of compliments for wearing them that way! I really liked the contrast of the black detailing on the white shoe. The white is also a really bright shade of white. I also like the height of the shoe. There is a nice lift to them but they aren’t so tall that I felt like I would trip over them. Overall, a great shoe and I would highly recommend!

The fabric is cozy for short wears, however, I did find after a long wear that I was more comfortable with long socks so that the fabric did not rub my leg. 3. The fabric at the top of the shoe that goes around your leg could use a soft inner ring of fabric to limit irritation to the skin.

They’re on the narrow side - I can feel it in my pinky toe if I wear them for a long time - so I don’t wear them when I’m going to do a ton of walking. But they’re great for regular outings! My feet have grown postpartum and I usually wear a size 7 now, though I’m not always sure that’s the right size. I got these in a 7.5 and they fit well - I wouldn’t want them smaller or bigger. These high tops are so fun and make any outfit look better! I know I’m going to wear them a lot!

The color is vibrant and fun, I loved dressing these up with a cute sundress and then throwing them on with sweatpants and a jean jacket for an ultra comfy vibe, they are so versatile and pair well with almost anything for this spring/summer season! What I liked most was how comfortable they are, like walking on a cloud comfortable…Converse has completely upped their comfort game. These are a closet staple!

I wore these while I was on my feet all day for a 10 shift and they were perfectly comfortable. Obvs my feet did hurt by then end but it wasn't because of the shoes. The fit is average, I normally wear a 6 in converse and that's what I bought and they fit fine. The soles are made of a firm but squishy foam that I wasn't too sure about but walking/standing in them feels normal although I'm curious to see how well the sole holds up. Overall super cute shoe, fit is normal, and they're very lightweight and easy to walk in.

I recently purchased a pair of the new Double Stacks and absolutely love them! I did notice, however, that the shape of the shoe has a slight upward curve at the tip, which reminded me a bit of a boat shape. I’m more accustomed to straight, solid platform styles, so I just wanted to share this as a bit of harmless feedback and personal curiosity about the design choice. To be clear, I don’t have any complaints at all, I probably just have a more basic preference when it comes to shapes. I’ve always been a fan of Converse, and I really appreciate the creativity behind new designs like these. I’d love to see a future version of the Double Stacks with a flatter platform, I’d honestly grab one in every color!

My first impression upon seeing it in person: The sole is much thicker than I thought. Not sure I’ll like that height it’ll give me. The moment I put them on: Wow! So comfortable? Is this memory foam?? Also, I don’t mind the height at all! These shoes were honestly great. My only complaint is the shoe runs big not small like I read. I wear a 7.5 and this shoe supposedly runs big so I got a size 8. Unfortunately, that’s not the case and the shoe is too big. I should have just ordered my normal size. I REALLY love how comfortable the shoe is. As a teen I wore this brand all the time but it wasn’t comfortable to wear all day, especially with a high arch and wider feet. This shoe is so comfortable I can wear it all day. The fabric is what you would expect and the color is accurate. Overall, great shoe! Just make sure you order your regular size with this style.
