The insoles are surprisingly very comfortable! The outer sole is a bit stiff, but that hasn’t affected my ability to walk. I absolutely love these weird little shoes. Well, they aren’t little. The angled front does add a substantial amount of material to the shoe, so be aware of that. They look more strange than a normal pair of Converse because of the shape and size, but there’s something I love about it anyway. Almost feels like I’m wearing a model from the N64 era of video games. I’m a size 13M wearing relaxed fit jeans in the pic. The shoes definitely look better with a wider pant leg, similar to boots.

People like it because it looked very different although even with downsizing it arill ran a bit big. I love the edgy design and I'll be baxk for more. Alao, it is vert classy and extremely comfortable to say the least.

These are fun, funky, unique and edgy!! I wear them with jeans and dresses. I have had a number of people on them. They are also very comfortable. They do run a little big. If you are on the fence about buying them get them before they are gone!!

LOVE these shoes! Got them on the next day. My size is a 6.5 and the warning says they run big. I've made the mistake in the past and took the precaution and it actually backfired on me so I stuck to my actual shoe size. They are super comfortable and leave enough room for toe expanding.

Totally obsessed with my new Chuck 70 De Luxe Squared high-top sneakers. So, the fit and feel – hands down, these are like walking on clouds. Super comfy, and they give off that effortlessly cool vibe. The design is killer. Love the squared-off hi-top style – totally trending this season. Plus, they go with practically everything in my wardrobe. You can feel it's built to last, which is a big thumbs up from me. What I liked most? Tough call, but probably the comfort. They're the kind of shoes you can rock all day without any complaints. As for changes, maybe a bit more arch support could be a nice addition. Absolutely recommend!

I was gifted the Chuck 70 De Luxe Squared Hi Black. These shoes are super chic and stylish. They truly are unlike any shoes I have ever worn. I like how they look like traditional converse but have a unique look. These shoes work perfect with legs and jeans. I think they would also work with a dress for a cute everyday look. The heel and toe of these shoes is unique and blocky. It’s not too big but definitely new and innovative. These shoes are also durable. I have work them multiple times and they have held up well. The material is thick and high quality and I think they will definitely last for some time. Overall I am definitely a fan of these shoes and can’t wait to wear them more!

I love these shoes! Overall, the classic black and white look goes well with anything. I have worn these shoes confidently with so many different styles of outfits. Plus, I love how the squared edges give them a slightly more modern aesthetic. I was a little worried that the squared edges would make the shoes look bulkier but they did not give that impression when I was wearing them. However, the part that impressed me the most was how comfortable they are in the inside. Again, I was worried that the more geometric shape would somehow make them less comfortable, but there is thick cushioning on the inside that made them so comfortable to wear. I could wear them all day and have the right support.

This converse Chuck 70 Deluxed Squared Hi Egret shoe is one to definitely make a statement! I would wear this out not only on occasion but for casual wear as well. The fit and design is perfect with the shoe running true to size. I love the fashion appeal with this shoe as it is designed with a bit of flare! There is a pointy piece at the end which is definitely different than most shoes which is the appeal of the shoe. I also enjoyed the fabric of the shoe which is unique. I do think it is a bit heavy on the feet so would not wear for distance walking/running. Otherwise, 100% recommend wearing for any occasion!

I love these shoes! They fit perfectly, are true to size and I felt comfortable wearing them all day. The canvas and faux leather are a perfect combination. When I first saw them I thought to myself, “Wow, these are really going to elevate my style.” The boxiness of the shoe design is flashy and bold, it definitely makes you stand out in a room. Although I think these shoes are really on trend, I received a lot of comments from people liking the platform, but many people were surprised by the extremely square toe. The square toe and color are on point in my opinion. Honestly, the part I love best is the confidence I feel walking into a room when wearing them.

These shoes are not only edgy with such a great style, but they are so dang comfortable. Being a mom and on the go I hate sacrificing style for comfort but these shoes have them both. I'm a lifelong Converse fan. I love the comfy, casual versatility of their shoes. These are an edgier, elevated version of their classic design. The textiles of the De Luxe Squared feel more sturdy and luxe than their more informal counterparts. The angular toe box design really ups the ante to give them an edgy, unique look. I quickly customized mine with a pair of colorful laces to give them a little flair for one of my outfits, and changed them back with ease for a more subdued look the next wear. To me, they feel and wear slightly more like a playful alternative to combat boots than sneakers. That said, they will require a little breaking in (with your boldest chunky socks, of course). With the substantial quality of the material used in these, I feel like once I have worn them a little longer I'll be able to slip into them like a glove and have them last long enough to become a staple of my collection for years to come.

I absolutely love these shoes! They’re the perfect color to match almost any outfit and give you a little bit of extra height without being uncomfortable. These shoes definitely run on the larger size, I’d recommend going a half to full size down. Because of the chunky design and the extra long toe, these do take some take to break in along the top of the toe. Otherwise, they’re such unique and awesome shoes. The design is truly one of a kind!

These High-top Chuck 70 De Luxe squared shoes are absolutely stunning. They are very comfy, I got a size 8.5 (which is what I generally wear) and probably should have sized up just about half size. So if you’re not sure about your sizing, I’d definitely round up at least half a size. I’ve been wearing them with very thin socks so they fit better because I honestly can’t stop wearing them! I’m absolutely obsessed with the style, the squared toe and platform is so chic and the leather accents are absolutely stunning. They’re very comfortable to wear all day long and every time I wear them, people stop me (like 4-5xs per day) and comment on how much they love my shoes! They are stylish and I’ve worn them with jeans, leggings, a skirt and a dress and even some biker shorts with an oversized top. The options to style them with are ENDLESS. They are fairly light weight which is great, they are absolutely comfortable to wear all day long and are now a staple in my closet. They are the BEST!

The Chuck 70 De Luxe Squared Hi Tops are surprisingly comforable. I am used to the normally narrow toe box of Chucks but the De Luxe Hi Tops gave my foot more breathing room which was a pleasant surprise. I appreciate the added height that these Chucks provide me as well, since I am 5’3. The toe of the shoe is not traditional looking, but is cut at an angle which gives the shoe a bit of a slanted pointed toe. I don’t know how I feel about the look of the front of the shoe, but I do know that if it is the reason it makes these Chucks more comfortable then I am happier for it. Overall, I feel like these Chuck 70 De Luxe Squared Hi Tops are a welcome addition to my wardrobe and I will wear them out with some black leggings and a baggy hoodie for a more elevated athleisure look.

Haven’t felt this cool since third grade when I showed up with a “my little pony trapper keeper”. For real though, these shoes are cool. They look sleek as heck and elevate any outfit to a 10+. They run true to size and the fit is surprisingly comfy. Love the color and the material, perfect neutral tones. I wore these while walking around an outdoor street market and probably would have forgotten I was wearing them cause they were that comfy except several people stopped to comment on them. Absolutely adore these and can’t wait to style my next fit with them. The only thing I would change is the tongue. It tended to shift around a bit and needed adjusting. It seems like attaching the tongue to the shoe would fix this. Minor issue though. I highly recommend getting these!

I'm a forever converse fan, and while these shoes are a bit more unique than my usual choice, they are definitely quality and mostly comfortable! Because they are a more squared toe, you get more room and they squish your feet less, which is a definite pro when walking around all day. The tongue of the shoe shifted a bit which made them uncomfortable at times, but wasn't terrible. The material of the shoe was a bit uncomfortable as well, so socks are needed. As a mom, I'm usually reaching for a more classic look, but after trying these out with a few different outfits, I found that they were perfect for a laid back mom look when running around or even for dressing up a bit. The white shoe with black accents make them easy to wear with anything. They are definitely not an everyday shoe, but fun to mix it up a bit. Overall I like that the shoe is different and it will definitely attract those who have a more unique and trendy style!

At first glance, these shoes are a little intimidating. As a mom, I’ve started reaching for pieces that are practical, and casual. These shoes definitely surprised me, in a good way. They are absolutely stunning. The squared toe gives the shoes a very futuristic and clean cut look. The platform is tall enough to be noticeable, but not crazy. The shoes have an elongated piece on the back of the ankle, and while I thought it’d get bent and ruined with wear, it held its shape and adds a cute retro touch. These shoes were shockingly easy to style. The off white color is consistent through out the shoe, it’s gives these futuristic shoes a vintage flare that I am a huge fan. As far as fit, they do run a tiny bit big, but not enough for me to recommend sizing down. The square toe does make the shoe feel a little bit heavier in the front, but you don’t notice it after walking in them for a few minutes. Overall, they’re comfortable, they’re definitely a statement piece, and they’re STUNNING!

These converse give a spice girl/xenon girl of the 21st century vibe and I love it!! The platform is subtle but still enough to notice. The squared toe was weird at first glance but once I had them on I forgot about the square toe until I looked down. After wearing for a bit I enjoyed the unique design, but not sure how confident I would feel wearing these only a daily basis. Very comfortable, a little heavier than a typical converse high top, but was easy to put on and tighten laces. Love class black fabric and white details. Love the platform of the shoes, would possibly like a less squared toe.

This is another high quality All Star product! They fit great and have good ankle support and cushioning! I would have preferred the squared toe to come to a flat edge rather than a point, but overall it still works well. And these are definitely shoes you'll want to wear with higher socks as the material on the inside of the ankle isn't the softest.

When I first received the shoes my first thought was, "What was I thinking?!" -- but it was like looking at something on the hanger without trying it on and BOY am I glad I tried them on. Let me start by saying... they are a little funky at first, but they are just "different" enough to make you feel SO HIP! I work from home, mostly, but there were a few days I had to go into the office. I wore these Chucks with a pair of rolled up jeans and a sweater with a "french tuck" and I swear I felt like I was out of a magazine. I was worried I would be self conscious of the more angular soles, but they were kind of fun. They run true to size -- I'm a size 7, and I was worried they wouldn't fit at first, but they fit fine. Only reason I'm giving it a 4/5 is because they are not "every day" shoes for me. I definitely wear them for fun occasions or going out. They aren't the run-to-the-grocery-store type of shoes (for me at least), but gosh they are fun and it gave me a pep in my step!

I actually really like these shoes. They are comfortable and look great. They fit a little bit big from my normal shoe size. I am not a big fan of the squared toe. It makes my already rather big feet look huge! It could be that it just draws attention to my feet. Being a high school teacher I decided to wear them to school one day. My students said they loved them but thought the squared toes just didn't look right on me. I'm sure the squared toe will look great on some people but I think that person just isn't me! I still wear the shoes and get compliments on them when I do.

I am 8.5 but can fit comfortably in sneakers 8, and these were snug without socks, so true to size. The fabric and stitching were somewhat less than what I expect from the brand, with seams not aligned and a less flexible material feel on the tongue. Overall though, it looks and feels good, and has the classic cool vibes.

Don’t get me wrong, these shoe are great! They’re bold in style, perfect in color (have you ever realized how hard it is to get a shoe that isn’t perfect white so that it’s easy to scuff, but also not cream/yellow that it goes with nothing), and versatile for usage! The black accents But if I’m sharing which is a better option between the classic, the lugged and these bold egret style Converse’s, I’m going to choose classic and lugged over these. When it comes to expectations, there’s a comfort and flexibility that you expect with a Converse, these shoes have a lot more rigidity in the wear than other Converses I own. But in a weird way, that structure and stiffness is nice. If you need a bit more support, they’re amazing, but if you’re expecting a Converse, that’s not what you’ll get. Still. Great looking sneaker.

WOW! What a neat way to update the iconic Chuck Taylor shoe! This was a sleek and chic twist on the classic. The shoe provides a cool angled toe, making it somewhat squared off. I love the black and white original colors, but what makes it super special is the leather and the fabric combo. You can tell the material of the shoe is top notch. The high-top shoe also has an elevated sole, giving it a somewhat platform feel, which I love! The laces are of quality material and the eyelets also show a nifty way to pull in the updated details of the lines and angles. I was surprised by how comfortable they were, even having a bit of a wide foot they still felt like I could wear them easily. I'm typically a size 9 1/2-10 and these size 10 fit me nicely, so perhaps they may run a little big. They look exactly like the pictures online and I feel beyond cooler than cool wearing and styling these. Only thing I might change would be the option of having them in a wide size to be more comfy.

These shoes are ok. I love the fit, high top design, quality and thick heel however, I can’t get behind the toe. It’s too unique for me. I prefer the round toe. Maybe they will grow on me. But the fit and quality is great and exactly what you would expect.

These shoes are a platform version of the classic black, hi-top converse sneakers. The toe box is also a different geometrical shape from the normal round toe. It’s cute with a very simple outfit, but the platform sole feels heavy. The weight almost makes the shoes feel stiff. I might wear these to run quick errands, but wouldn’t wear them if I knew I had to be on my feet for most of the day.

The middle of the shoe fits extremely snug and almost uncomfortable as to where the rest of the shoe is pretty close to true to size. It is a unique shape for a shoe. It steps outside the modern u-shaped curve that follows the shape of toes. Most of the fabric was fine, would be nice if the outside were coated in a water-resistant material. The part of fabric that reaches the top of the ankle is a bit uncomfortable due to rubbing, so I definitely recommend wearing with longer socks. I like that it had a thicker base, which helps with wearing the shoe in multiple types of weather. I would change the lack of water resistant coverage on the outside and the comfort of the ankle bit as well as the snugness of the overall fit.

The high top converse are true to size. I’m usually a 7.5 and they fit great! I was expecting the shoe to be a bit difficult to walk in, but that was not the case at all. They are actually light weight and easy to walk in. I’m not a fan of the square toe, but I think this style will look great on others. I think maybe pairing them with leggings or work out clothing. The fabric is lightweight and doesn’t irritate my skin when wearing low cut socks. I liked the fit and feel the most. The fact that the shoe was lightweight for the style was definitely a plus. The only thing I would change is the square toe. I’m a big fan of converse round toe.
