CLASSIC AND CUSTOM
LOVE the customization option. However, much like the midsole option. Not sure why they don't give the option to maintain the classic red/blue tongue logo as well. That to me should be a staple option. However, again overall love the leather and ability to customize! Classic and custom!
Best Chucks Yet
Converse chucks have been my go-to casual show for years, and this custom pair is the best I've owned. The extra comfort sole helps a lot, and of course the custom look is fantastic. I've had leather pairs last for 10 years plus, and I expect this pair to do the same.

They look great and feel great! As advised on the website, order half a size down from your normal size for a perfect fit.

Your Design is the Way to Go!
I came across a pair of leather All Star at a local Converse store. I intended to order the default style but I played with the Design tool and I have to say, this is the way to do it. I selected the perforated leather and opted out of the white threading that typically wraps around the shoe, I even went with the off white and also upgraded to the cushion insole. Man oh man, I love these so much. Perfect for an elder emo. lol

Beautiful but way too narrow
I love my Converse, but they are getting narrower and narrower. Now, I have to buy them half a size or a whole size bigger (in this case) because they are so narrow. Ignore the note that says they run big unless your feet are ridiculously narrow.
I LOVE THESE CHUCKS
I used the custom design, and they turned out great. I downsized a half size, but should have downsized a whole size. I used sme shoe inserts which made the fit perfect. I LOVE MY CHUCKS!

Custom Made Beyond My Own Expectations
I made them... So...They're dope. Leather feels better than my classic black/whites. Feels soft and smooth. The comfort insole definitely makes a difference. I didn't know I needed them until I put them in. Again...The details, I spent weeks making sure it's what I wanted. 5 stars for me. 5 start for my people out in Vietnam 5 stars for Converse for finally dropping custom leather options.

Disclaimer, I did just recently receive the shoes and I haven't worn them yet so this review reflects more about my ordering experience and first impressions. I'll update after I wear them :) The ordering process was really cool. I loved the 3D preview of the custom design where all angles could easily be viewed. I was able to easily create my custom gold Chucks which I plan to wear at my best friend's wedding as the Maid of Honor (which is what I had embroidered on these shoes!). They are so much better in person than the 3D model or even photos can display. Very high quality and the embroidery is neat. I was so excited to be able to order metallic leather and still get them custom embroidered. I sprang for the comfort inner sole and I'm glad I did. It's very soft yet supportive so I'm sure I will be comfortable during the wedding festivities. I can't wait to show them off!

FRESH AND SLEEK
My white leather converse are gorgeous, they look so sleek and fresh. They fit perfectly and feel very comfortable on. I haven’t worn them yet, waiting for beautiful weather to wear my beautiful converse:)
NO Disappointments Here!
The colors, fit, details and the comfort are on par for me. I wore them for 5 days of design market, which means I broke them in with over 51,000 steps - hard surface flooring, 13 blocks of sidewalks, stairs, escalators, rain... I'm really glad that I added the insoles and other interior add-ons. I also loved that NO ONE had my shoes on!!!

A true classic
Probably more a nostalgic thing for me than anything. Been where this model or similar variants for decades. These did not disappoint. They do run large but beyond that the look which is minimalist, the comfort with that alternative insole, the custom colors and voila you have a really nice casual sneaker. The leather'ish look is solid not world class. I have given the shoe a 5 star rating but it is more like a 4.5. But regardless I have been wearing them everywhere. Took me just a day or so to break in.

These were a gift for my partner. I did the custom leather - it was fun to create the color scheme and I had his nickname inscribed on the back. They arrived in a timely fashion - do need to give extra time for custom made. Very Cool. He loved them and they were appropriately priced. I will definitely be ordering more of these. They run a little big but was not a big deal. The ideal gift cause it's cool and you get decide how they will look.
