These were purchased for my son who is 5 years old and autistic. He is very sensitive to different fabrics, weights, closures, and the general feeling of clothes/shoes so I wasn't sure how he'd do with these sneakers since they're about a 1/2-inch taller and quite a bit heavier than his previous Converse sneakers. It's been a week and he's worn them with no issue, thankfully! He's nonverbal so he hasn't told me how they feel but they must be comfortable because if they weren't, he'd refuse to wear them/would kick them off immediately. Very grateful to have found these sneakers!

Durable and classic-looking. They run a tad big compared to other sneakers, probably because the inside isn't stuffed with lining, but that just makes them more durable and easier to keep clean and get sand out of.

The cutest look on my 11 month old baby nephew. Love these shoes! He seems to be very confident in walking on them too.

Great shoes for my 1st grader! The fit felt a little long, but that seems to be on par with other Converse shoes. He really likes the 3 different Velcro tabs to ensure they felt just right. The colors are really sharp looking and are a fun way to add some style to your outfit. He especially loved the star logo and star player words inside. Overall a great, fun and stylish shoe!

Out of the box, these shoes look sharp and fresh. My 6 year old oooh-ed and ahhh-ed at these right away, which is not typical for anything simply black and white. She loves vibrant colors, but simple goes with so much more!! Mom loves the fact that these are VELCRO, and low tops, which makes putting them on independently a breeze for small kids. Kid loves how comfortable, sturdy, and stylish they are - she wanted to run all day in the once she got them on, and chose to leave them on after returning home, which is also not typical. These shoes get 5 stars from our family, and the star logos were also a kid favorite! Anything comfortable, easy to use, and durable is what we are after, and these new Converse certainly delivered!

My son was really excited about these shoes when I brought them home. They have a cool vintage feel but also really sporty and modern in the strap style. Even though they run a bit big, the three strap Velcro tightens the fit to snug on his foot. I think he will get a lot of life out of these shoes, with great traction and supportive sole. Overall, we are pleased with the design and hope they become his favorite shoe! They already match with everything, so we are wearing every day?

This is a great looking pair of shoes. Converse is great at simple, cool design. The shoes are comfortable and practical, easy for my 4 year-old to put on with the velcro. He can use all three or just the top velcro to slip the shoes on and off himself. The rubber toe is something I love for durability. I anticipate these shoes lasting a long time! Both my sons wanted the shoes for themselves, so it looks like I'm going to have to go back and buy another pair...

My daughter loves these! They are easy for her to get on and she says they are super comfortable, which is a big plus! As a mom, I like the neutral colors.

This sneaker fits true to size and is the ultimate classic sneaker! I got these for my son, and my daughter wants to steal them! They are so cute with the designs both on the outer and inner part of the shoe! They both love that they are Velcro so no fuss putting them on. My five year old son loved these shoes from the time he opened the box. He loves the simple, classic cool design; and the triple Velcro straps allow him to be able to slip them on and off by himself. He says the shoes are comfortable and make him “super fast”. I think we have a winner with these shoes!

The Star Player 76 3V, is a great kids shoe. The black and white and simple sleek design is so versatile. My daughter has worn these running around, skate boarding, riding her bike and simply being a kid and it was withstood so much ware and tear and you wouldn’t even know. We have gotten so many compliments on every time we go out. The canvas are so easily to clean, we normally just spot clean with a wipe that we have in the car or diaper bag. No longer are the days were you have to fight to tie shoes, the three rows of velcro make it easy for kids to put on and customize how tight they want their shoes. These are a classic shoe that you will want to hand down for generations to come!

I absolutely love these converse! They’re really comfortable and a definite eye catcher. The amount of compliments I’ve had on these already is insane!! These are a definite must have. I don’t doubt that these shoes will fly off the shelves they’re extremely well made and the fabric doesn’t rub against your skin which is really nice. I don’t feel that I would change anything about these converses. Converse has been one of my favourite brands for a long time as well as a trusted brand for my children feet and will continue to be one of our favs.

These neutral converses are perfect for my daughter to wear for going back to school. She liked the Velcro pulls so she could easily slip them on and off. The minimal design makes them versatile and stylish. The fabric seems like it’ll stay relatively clean with a wipe down when needed. She ran outside in them and had no complaints. They aren’t too heavy either. Overall we are very satisfied with them!

These shoes are classic and stylish, and are a perfect addition to my 7 year old son's footwear rotation. The white canvas style gives them a slightly dressier look yet still casual. Huge bonus that they are velcro and he is able to get them on and off on his own. They fit comfortably and were true to size in my opinion.

I have always been a huge fan of Converse shoes and own several pairs myself. I have tried buying some for my kids but they become a hassel when they don't know how to tie their shoes themselves. When I recieved these shoes, I was beyond excited. I absolutely loved the classic style, and the fact that my son can easily put them on himself! I love the black and white color combo because they match with anything. The only drawback with white canvas shoes, worn by a 6 year old boy, is that they get dirty quickly. Luckily, I was able to put the shoes in the washing machine and the shoes held up great and came out looking good as new! I will absolutely be buying another pair when my son grows out of these!

These converse shoes are a great pair of shoes for going back to school in style. The design is very stylish and never goes out of style. There’s velcro fastening for the ease of use for the little ones. These shoes run a bit bigger than the typical size 13 shoes my son wears. Otherwise they fit well and feels comfortable for casual wear. The fabric of shoes feels sturdy and can be washable. I really like the looks of this pair of shoes. These can be improved with slightly more padding in the soles for a more comfortable wear.

My 6 year old son has been wearing these shoes to lots of events. He states “these are my cool shoes”, which is a win for any parent. They are classic style, fit true to size, and are comfortable (according to my son). He runs around outside in them just fine. He is able to put them on himself for a little more independence. I am a little concerned about the light color, but the fabric seems easy to clean. So far, we love these shoes!

The shoes felt comfortable even when running around. Usually shoes feel a little bit too tight, but not these. The style of the shoe made my son happy and quite proud to wear them. The canvas exterior dried quickly after a short stint in the mud.

I got these shoes for my 5 year old son. They are perfect because he can get them on and off all by himself. The insole in very comfortable and "squishy" in my son's words. The neutral color is perfect so I can hand them down to my daughter also. I wish they weren't so light because I fear they will get dirty. However, so far they have been relatively easy to clean as my son split dark drink on them and it came out of the side of the shoe right away. The velcro straps have not been as easy to clean.

I have a 7 year old boy going into second grade and he is so excited for these shoes. They are perfect for every day wear and look great with his basketball shorts or jeans. I like that they are the velcro so that I don't have to worry about him retying his shoes all day since he's not a super strong at that yet. He loves the white and black look of them and felt they were "cool" so in my book that's a win.

These shoes were for my son. He has been wanting to be more stylish and sporty lately, so these were perfect. We both like that they velcro instead of tie (still working on that!!) to save time on school mornings. They look nice with shorts and pants. My son says they are comfortable and has worn them all day as well as shorter periods of time.

These shoes look nothing like the color pictured. Shoes on the website look teal, but they are actually royal blue. My daughter still likes them so we decided to keep them. Fit and quality is good, just baffled by the color represented on the website.

Love the feel and fit the velcro doesn’t make it any different than a normal converse. However I wear a size 3 in converse and these feel a little tight

These are a great option for my kids to wear to school. They are required to wear sneakers for school, and these add style with the ability to match/ pair with any outfit they choose. We love the comfort of these also!

The Star Player 76 3V are a great make to the classic Converse shoe. They seem to run slightly big/long. Each shoe brand and model seem to fit differently, so my son's growing feet is hard to gauge accurately, but it does seem to have extra space for the given size, but isn't a big deal for youth sizes. We love the "no laces" for easy on and off, plus it looks cool. My son likes the feel and comfort now that they are breaking in. He even commented on his ability to run in them for everyday play, although he wishes they had more grip. The only negative I see is that the tongues rotate, which is a huge irritant for me on any shoe. But, overall, I am jealous of the cool new shoes and may need to buy myself a pair.

My daughter loves her new shoes and is wearing them to school daily. She loves the 3 velcro straps and easily puts them on herself. After a full day wearing them she didn’t complain of any soreness or discomfort. She loves the look of the shoes and has made an effort to keep them clean. I do wish all shoes, but especially kids shoes gave more room in the toe box. These do seem a little narrow, but haven't bothered my daughter. Can we please make for foot shaped shoes?!

I received this pair of shoes for my son. My initial thoughts on the product were as follows; great material, not heavy, reminds me of something I used to wear in the 90’s! Love the shoes they are super cute and go with a lot of outfits I have planned out for my son. I haven’t tried washing them so not sure how it will hold up to that test but so far so good! My son is picky when it comes down to shoes they end up hurting his ankles. Haven’t heard a single complaint from him. I rated it 4 stars since I haven’t had a chance to try them out a little longer or wash them but I will gladly update my review if anything changes.

These sneaks were cute and gender neutral. The size seemed a bit smaller, but I like the Velcro closure to make them tighter or looser.

My son & daughter both like these shoes. The white with black accents is a great look. The fit is a bit big, but comfortable walking shoe. My son is excited to wear them once he grows just a bit. I like the Velcro aspect as it will make getting out the door easier.

When my five year first saw these he was so excited. He loved everything about them. However they do run a little big as my son wears a 2 and his foot was slipping out a little. We were able to put some thick low cut socks though to fix the issue. In my mom eyes is great because he can wear them longer!! I personally like the design because they go with all of the crazy outfits he picks out and of course because he loves them too. I was concerned about the white that we got but they have cleaned up nicely every time they were dirty! Overall - these are a great pair of everyday shoes for him and hopefully they continue to hold up well to be passed down to his little brother in a few years!

My son loves these shoes. You can tell he thinks he’s so cool when he puts them on. He only wears them with his best clothes, not his rough clothes (his words). They are a little narrow but he still has baby fat feet and big feet for his size. They aren’t really running shoes, more for walking, show, nicer dress in his opinion.

Really, you cannot go wrong with Converse. Awesome brand, awesome shoe. Great quality construction and materials that has not gone down over the years. Even better? My 7 yr old son loves the design and thinks they look super fashionable - he tends to be pretty opinionated. They do run a tad big, compared to other shoes I would say it runs a half to a whole size bigger, so be aware when ordering sizes! It is also white, so buy some magic eraser!

My incredibly picky child absolutely loves these shoes. She says they are so comfortable and loves the look of them. Back to school shoe success! I have always loved these shoes and I am happy that my child loves them as well. Definitely going to have these shoes in our house for years to come!

I love the look of these shoes but the tongue slides all the way over and you can see your sock where the tongue should be. It's pretty frustrating.
