Consumers shopping on Converse.com should expect products to arrive outside of standard delivery timelines depending on your local delivery service. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from the carrier that is handling the order for your country.

Yes! You can ship an order as a gift and include a gift message, which will be printed out on a card and added to the box. In addition, if you choose to add a gift message, the invoice will be replaced by gift receipt (delivery note). At this moment, we are unable to offer gift wrapping.
