We make returns hassle-free so that you can purchase with confidence.
When you shop on Converse.com, you have 30 days after delivery to try your products on for fit, confidently knowing you can return (some exceptions apply*) for any reason within those 30 days.
If it's been more than 30 days, you can still return your order for a full refund if the product is unworn and unwashed.
*Restrictions apply to a selection of Converse products that have specific written guarantees and/or warranties. Please read the label, hang tag or warranty card for specific guidelines and return information.
CONVERSE BY YOU RETURNS
Customised Converse products can be returned for any reason within 30 days.
Converse stands behind all of its products. If your product has a workmanship or material flaw, support is available depending on your place of purchase.
Please contact the retail partner or factory (outlet) store where the product was purchased and request a return or exchange.
We do not exchange products bought on Converse.com. We are happy to accept your return through our returns process and you will be able to re-order at your convenience.
Converse.com will gladly refund any unworn merchandise bought on Converse.com.
All Converse.com orders include a return label in the box. Please follow the return instructions on the label.
1. Pack your product(s) and completed return form in box and close with tape.
2. Peel off the return label and stick it on the box.
3. Return your package to the carrier indicated on your label and keep your proof of postage.
If you lost your return label, it is damaged or if you'd like to return a Converse By You (customized) order, please Contact Us, so we can send you a return label and provide you with the instructions.
Converse will process your return and refund as quickly as possible after receiving your parcel.
Refund timeframes are calculated from the time the parcel has been sent back to us until the refund is credited back to your bank account or credit card. Your bank may require up to five additional working days to process your refund. The maximum refund time is up to fourteen working days and in many cases much quicker.
