We do not exchange products bought on Converse.com. We are happy to accept your return through our returns process and you will be able to re-order at your convenience.

Converse.com orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date. If the product is flawed or defective but unused, you can still return your order for a full refund if it was purchased less than two years ago.
