If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging. Please review the returns policies and guidelines below for more specific information.
Click the following link to login and modify your Order Status to process a return. Registered Converse.com users get free returns. To create a new user account click the Log In/Sign Up link at the top left corner of our website.
Registered Converse.com users can initiate your Converse.com order return online by following these steps.
1. Login to your Converse.com account and review My Orders on our Order Status page.
(Not a registered Converse.com user? Please provide your email address and order number on our Order Status page.)
2. Select the item(s) to return.
3. Fill out your address, reason for return, and the box dimensions. (you can estimate)
4. Select “Print” and attach the label to your package.
5. Drop your package off at an Authorized UPS Shipping Location.
Request an Exchange (Not Available for Converse Custom Products)
If you are exchanging your merchandise, please use the Exchange Form on the back of your invoice that was included in your shipment. If you have any additional questions or do not have your exchange form, please call us at 888-792-3307.

Returns are processed within 7 days of receipt; refunds will be issued onto the original payment card.
Converse Footwear and Apparel purchased on Converse.com
You may return, for any reason, within 30 days of receipt any unworn, unwashed product with the original packaging and invoice. Return labels can be printed online by clicking the following link to login and modify your Order Status then print a return label. If you would like to exchange your product, you may do so by filling in the exchange form that was included in your original shipment or by calling Customer Service at 888-792-3307.

Converse products NOT purchased through Converse.com: Returns, exchanges or quality problems
We can only accept returns for purchases made through Converse.com, but are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the Converse product you purchased from one of our Retail partners. Our policy on this type of issue is that you initially contact them directly to request and exchange or return the product.
If you are still having difficulty after this attempt you can contact the Converse Consumer group directly at email@example.com. Please provide your full name and contact info, as much detail as possible about the product, your concern and any documentation (sales / email receipt) you have about the original purchase and our Consumer Group team will try to address your concern.
Please Note: Due to the large volumes of general correspondence received by Converse, a response cannot be guaranteed for inquires not related to product orders.
Gift Card Returns
Gift Cards may not be returned or cancelled after purchase.
If you return product originally purchased with a gift card(s), your refund will be issued on a new gift card. If you return product originally purchased with multiple methods of payment any balance owed will first be applied to the credit card, up to the original amount charged, and then to a new gift card.
