    Converse.com will gladly refund any unworn merchandise bought on Converse.com.

    All Converse.com orders include a return label in the box. Please follow the return instructions on the label. 

    If you placed a Blank Canvas order please contact us so we can send you a return label and provide you with the instructions.

    If you need to get a new return label because the label attached to your order is damaged or lost please contact us in order to assist you.

     

    After you have received your label, prepare your parcel and send your return to us. Converse will process your return and refund as quickly as possible after receiving your parcel. Learn more about Converse refunds.

     

    Can I return a Converse product purchased from a store or other websites?

    We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your Converse Product. Please contact the retail partner or factory (outlet) store where the product was purchased and request a return or exchange.

    Can I exchange a product purchased from Converse.com?

    Unfortunately, Converse.com does not exchange product bought on Converse.com. We are happy to accept your return through our returns process and you will be able to re-order at your convenience.

    Do I have to pay for a return?

    Converse.com orders are free to return for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date. Some restrictions apply. See the return policy.

    How can I get a return label?

    Converse ships your order with a return label in the box.

    If that return label cannot be used because it got damaged or lost please contact us in order to send you a new returns label.

    How long does it take to process my refund?

    Refund timeframes are calculated from the time the parcel has been sent back to us until the refund is credited back to your bank account, credit card and/or gift card. Your bank may require up to five additional working days to process your refund. The maximum refund time is up to two weeks and in many cases much quicker. 

    Can I return a gift card?

    We are working hard to improve your experience on converse.com. Gift cards will be available for purchase at the start of 2016.

    Can I return product bought in sale on Converse.com?

    Yes if this is within the terms and conditions. Our returns policy also applies for products bought in sale.

    Do I get a full refund for my return?

    Converse.com will gladly refund any unworn merchandise bought on Converse.com.

    If we receive the returned product in good order, we will refund the full amount you paid for that product. 

    Finally, if you selected the option of gift wrapping your product, we will not refund the amount charged for this service.

    In most cases, Converse.com orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date. If it's been more than 30 days, you can still return your order for a full refund if the product is unused. Some restrictions apply:

    DEFECTIVE/FLAWED PRODUCT
    Converse stands behind all of its products. If your product has a workmanship or material flaw, support is available depending on your place of purchase.
    Some Converse products have specific written guarantees and/or warranties. Please read the label, hang tag or warranty card for specific guidelines and return information.
    Converse.com purchases: Flawed shoes, apparel and gear can be returned if purchased less than two years ago. Follow the online return steps above and please include a letter with your return explaining the issue.
